Job Responsibilities Include
» To analyze the need, audience, gap and task based on customer inputs and prepare an understanding document

Qualifications

Education: Post graduation in any field
Experience: Around 2 years of instructional design experience, preferably across industries
Others: Should have a broad knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theories and models
Should possess strong analytical skills
Should have excellent oral and written communication skills
Should be process oriented and a team player
Should have the willingness to learn and teach

Job Responsibilities Include
» Perform thorough needs assessment and identify a suitable instructional strategy
» Collect and analyze content and client requirements
» Create the design document for the planned solution giving the overall approach and specific detailed design
» Incorporate adult learning and instructional design principles in the design and development of storyboards
» Coordinate and review the work of the instructional designers in the project team
» Coordinate with the development team to ensure a quality product
» Provide coaching and support to fresh recruits as and when required
SQA-Software Quality Assurance

JD and skill sets shall be:
